We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns for books, patterns, or needles.
To initiate a return of other merchandise, you'll need to make a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request. Please contact us via our email contact form, at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone at 909-399-9276 (YARN). We will then provide you with an RMA and shipping instructions. You are responsible for shipment of the merchandise back to us. We suggest that you ship using a trackable shipment method. If the return is necessary due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label, otherwise, you will have to pay for return shipping.
We do not charge a restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. After receipt of returned merchandise, we will refund the paid merchandise amount to the original payment credit card, PayPal account or other payment method used. Once a return has been processed and refund issued, you will receive an email notification. Gifts may be returned for credit only in the form of a Bourgee Bucks Gift Certificate.
Our policy is to accept returns within 14 days of purchase so that you are fully satisfied with your order. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns beyond this time due to the constraints of dye-lots and seasonal products. Merchandise in sealed packaging must be returned unopened, and all returned items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging. In order to reduce the likelihood of a return, please feel free to contact us and we will see if it is possible for us to send you a sample of yarn for you to look at before purchase. We suggest that you first review the colors available online for any particular product. We would appreciate limiting your request to 3 samples if we have them available.
Bourgee Buck Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but do not expire.
